Job summary

Concentrix in Finland seeks a Cloud Solution Architect (v-CSA) with deep expertise in Active Directory and PKI to support enterprise and regulated customers in identity, security, and hybrid infrastructure scenarios.

This is a customer-facing role that drives secure identity architecture, acts as a trusted technical advisor, and delivers resilient AD and PKI solutions across on-premises and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in AD DS architecture, operations, troubleshooting, and modernization.
• Deep PKI/AD CS knowledge including certificate lifecycle and governance.
• Strong Windows Server skills, DNS, GPO, Kerberos, NTLM, and hardening.

Responsibilities

• Active Directory & PKI Architecture design.
• Design and implement enterprise AD DS architectures.
• Design and implement PKI, Certificate Services, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Support AD domain design, consolidation, modernization, and governance.
• Guide customers on secure identity architecture, authentication, and certificate-based trust models.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AD and PKI engagements, including assessment, design, implementation, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, DNS, GPO, and certificate-related issues.
• Deliver repeatable technical engagements for enterprise and regulated customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into practical technical architecture.
• Communicate with technical teams, customer decision makers, CSAMs, partners, and engineering teams.
• Improve operational stability, monitoring, and reliability of identity and certificate services.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning for AD and PKI services.
• Drive performance, maintainability, and operational maturity.
