Senior IAM Architect — Entra ID & AI-Driven Identity

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IAM consultant to lead client engagements in Helsinki. You will design and implement IAM architectures using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity, translating business needs into practical roadmaps.

You will mentor teams, drive identity lifecycle management, access governance, and automation initiatives, and collaborate with security and cloud experts to help customers adopt AI-enabled workplace technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong IAM expertise including lifecycle management, governance, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity.
• Experience with IAM, IGA, or PAM solutions.
• Senior consulting skills and ability to translate business into technical solutions.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience with automation, workflows, or identity provisioning technologies.
• Familiarity with AI governance or AI security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engagements, workshops, and assessments with customers.
• Translate business needs into architectures and roadmaps.
• Design and develop IAM solutions using Entra ID, AD, and hybrid identity.
• Improve Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and access governance.
• Guide customers on IAM strategy, governance, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, workplace, and application experts.
• Explore automation and AI in identity lifecycle management.
