3stepIT is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms in Helsinki or Tampere. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and build scalable, secure AI infrastructure.

The role requires Python/Java development, hands-on work with LLMs and NLP, and cloud experience (Azure/AWS). Occasional travel and Finnish security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI/Data Science/CS or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus but not always required.
• 3+ years in IT automation, RPA, AI, or relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions on cloud platforms using LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions.
• Explore cutting-edge technologies for optimal design and implementation of solutions.
• Create best practices for implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Implement data transformation and data ingestion infrastructure.
• Build, maintain and optimize AI models.
• Ensure Security is in place for AI systems.
