Job summary

Marsh in Espoo, Finland is seeking an organized Associate Client Executive to support brokers, clients and internal partners across the client lifecycle. You will help manage renewals, documentation and onboarding while coordinating with placement brokers and global teams.

The role offers hybrid working with regular team presence in the office, and a focus on delivering high-quality client service and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance broking, client service, account management, or related roles.
• Structured and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients, brokers and internal teams.
• Fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken; Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Executives and brokers in day-to-day client management and meetings.
• Coordinate renewals and insurance placement processes for clients.
• Maintain and update client records and policy documentation in portals and systems.
• Monitor risk information, coverage summaries and claims logs; support client communications.
• Coordinate operations of Marsh's global client servicing network across regions.
• Work with local colleagues and hubs to ensure operational excellence and standardized processes.
• Assist with invoicing, premium confirmations and processing.
• Identify client needs and cross-sell opportunities; assist onboarding and proposals.
• Assist with client-facing communications and internal coordination.
