Job summary

Louis Vuitton Helsinki store is seeking a Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the Brand, delivering exceptional client experiences and guiding clients across all product categories.

You will build relationships, use clienteling tools, and uphold brand standards of grooming and behavior, speaking Finnish and English, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
• Passion for luxury brands and client experiences.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand. You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
