Job summary

4Clean Services Oy is hiring for accommodation cleaning sites in Tampere beginning September. You will act as a customer service representative, ensuring comfort and functionality of premises and delivering a high-quality experience to customers.

We offer induction, supportive team, and development program. Shifts run Monday through Sunday, mainly daytime, with pay according to the KIPA TES and extended task pay possible.

Qualifications

• Positive and service-minded attitude.
• Motivation and initiative to succeed.
• Sufficient Finnish and English language skills for work tasks and customer encounters.
• If not Finnish, valid work permit when applying.

Location: Tampere Employment: Permanent part-time 10-30 h/week Salary: Property services sector TES, depending on task PR 2, 12.59 eur / h - PR 3, 13.22 eur / h + possible additions Start date: 1.9.2026

We are starting accommodation cleaning sites in Tampere at the beginning of September and need you in our team! With us, you are not just a cleaner, you are the savior of the day, the everyday hero - a customer service representative, ensuring the comfort and functionality of the premises, part of the customer's everyday life and experience. We are looking for someone who wants to succeed in their work, works with a positive attitude and takes pride in what they do.
