Job summary

We are seeking part-time cleaners to join Prisma Naantali with 4Clean Services. This permanent role offers 5-20 hours per week, based at Prisma Naantali in Naantali, Varsinais-Suomi. The base wage aligns with the Property Service TES, with task-based PR 2-3 (12.59-13.22 €/h) and possible supplements.

Start date is September 2026. You’ll be a daily lifesaver, a customer service representative, ensuring tidiness and function of spaces and enhancing the customer experience.

The position is a permanent part-time role, 5-20 hours per week, located at Prisma Naantali in Naantali, Varsinais-Suomi. The base wage is in line with the Property Service TES; task-based PR 2-3 (12.59-13.22 €/h) with possible supplements. Start date in September 2026. You are not just a cleaner- you are the day’s lifesaver, a customer service representative, ensuring the tidiness and functionality of spaces and contributing to the customer’s everyday experience. We expect you to be reliable, with a positive attitude, and take pride in what you do.

Shifts are from 06:00-23:00 every day.

Requirements:

• a positive, service-minded attitude
• motivation and initiative to develop your skills
• accuracy and thoroughness
• comfort with customer-facing work
• prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• sufficient Finnish and English language skills for tasks and customer encounters
• if you are not a Finnish citizen, you must have a valid work permit for the role
