Responsibilities

• Lead and develop NIB's IT organisation, including applications, data, infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technologies, architecture, and service desk.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
• Execute NIB's Digital Strategy aligned with mission and objectives.
• Implement digital transformation, including cloud adoption, AI and data analytics, and modernisation of core systems.
• Ensure platforms are resilient, secure, and fit for purpose.
• Oversee IT policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
• Lead IT budgeting and resource planning.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
