Job summary

Coronaria Oy is seeking an evening shift child care worker in Hyvinkää Sveitsi to organize and deliver structured evening activities for Kela-funded courses, including children with disabilities and their siblings.

You will supervise group activities with other staff, planning programs by children’s ages and interests. Expect Wednesdays 17:00–20:00 shifts, with near-weekly opportunities and semi-annual scheduling; a fixed fee of 50 euros per shift is paid.

Job description

We are seeking an evening shift child care worker to join our team in Hyvinkää Sveitsi. The role involves organising and delivering structured evening activities for children attending Kela-funded adaptation and rehabilitation courses, including children with disabilities and their siblings.

You will supervise children in group activities together with other staff, planning evening programs according to the children's ages and wishes. Activities may include crafts, games, movies and other enjoyable group activities. Some children may have ADHD or autism spectrum disorders.

Key requirements include good communication and guidance skills, ability to meet diverse children individually, a calm and flexible work approach, strong collaboration and teamwork, vaccination protection as required by infectious disease law, and a criminal record extract as required by social and health care supervision law.

The shifts are primarily Wednesdays from 17:00 to 20:00, with almost weekly opportunities and semi‑annual scheduling for the season. A fixed fee of 50 euros is paid per shift.
