Job description

This position is a fixed-term maternity leave replacement for the Kilteri Daycare in Vantaa, Finland. The job is full-time with three shifts per week (38 h 15 min per week). The daycare operates around the clock and offers a diverse pedagogical program including small-group pedagogy, child participation, and positive pedagogy. The team consists of 32 early childhood education staff in a relaxed, positive work environment where mutual respect and shared responsibility are valued.

The daycare is located in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with modern facilities and a large multi-level outdoor area for outdoor pedagogy.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• qualification of Lastenhoitaja (early childhood education)
• strong Finnish language skills
• prior experience with shift work is a plus
