Job summary

Aarni Henkilöstö Oy is seeking care assistants for hourly work at our client’s elderly care unit in Siilinjärvi. You can influence your own shifts and choose mornings or evenings across Monday to Sunday.

Salary is a competitive hourly rate of 17.4–19.6 €/h with 9% holiday pay and shift allowances. Requires care or nursing education (including final-year students), experience in elderly care, fluent Finnish, and a valid criminal record certificate.

Qualifications

• Care or nursing education, including final-year students.
• Experience in elderly care.
• Knowledge of medication rights is advantageous.
• Fluent Finnish language.
• Empathetic, proactive and independent attitude.
• Vaccinated against infectious diseases.
• Criminal record certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care assistance to elderly clients.
• Maintain safety and dignity of residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and deliver services.

• Single shifts can also be arranged.
• Flexibility in shift choice is encouraged.
