Sinun roolisi Kämpin keittiössä

Kämpin keittiössä jokainen yksityiskohta on taideteos ja jokainen maku tarkkaan harkittu. Kokkina pääset työskentelemään dynaamisessa ja monipuolisessa ympäristössä, jossa pääset hyödyntämään osaamistasi laajasti keittiön eri osastoilla.

Käsityön vaaliminen: Valmistat huippuluokan annoksia ja elämyksiä, joissa raaka-aineiden kunnioitus ja käsityö on keskiössä.

Itsensä kehittäminen: Pääset haastamaan itseäsi ja hiomaan teknisiä taitojasi sekä luovuuttasi maamme parhaiden ammattilaisten rinnalla.

Monipuolisuus ja dynamiikka ovat läsnä: Työskentelet joustavasti usealla eri osastolla, mikä takaa sen, että pääset kehittymään keittiötyön todelliseksi moniottelijaksi.

• Vankkaa ammattitaitoa: Sinulla on vähintään 4 vuoden kokemus korkeatasoisesta à la carte -keittiötyöskentelystä.
• Intohimoa ja paineensietokykyä: Arvostat aitoa käsityöläisyyttä. Toimit tehokkaasti, ripeästi ja oma-aloitteisesti myös silloin, kun sali on täynnä ja tahti on kiihkeä.
• Kunnianhimoista ja positiivista otetta: Olet positiivinen ja sitoutunut tiimipelaaja, joka kohtaa jokaisen työpäivän ylpeydellä ja halulla onnistua.
• Omistautumista elämyksille: Viiden tähden luksus ei tunne kalenterirajoja. Olet valmis työskentelemään joustavasti hotellimaailman dynaamisten aukioloaikojen mukaan – varhaisesta aamusta iltamyöhään, viikonloppuisin ja juhlapyhinä.
