Job summary

Accenture Banking & Capital Markets Technology Unit is seeking a Capital Markets Consultant. As a senior advisor, you will lead Accenture teams, delivering senior advisory services to banking clients and driving growth across the industry.

Your role focuses on planning and execution, with responsibilities defined by client engagements. You will work in a highly collaborative, inclusive culture and have access to Accenture’s vast knowledge base to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical or business school.
• 2–5 years of experience in capital markets (wealth management, asset management, or life insurance).
• Experience on technology initiatives and projects.
• Strong knowledge of E2E capital markets processes across asset classes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Finnish and English; resident in Finland.

As a senior advisor, you will be leading Accenture teams, providing senior advisory services for our banking clients’ leaders and driving our growth in industry. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives – no matter whether it is on planning or execution stage. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.

Responsibilities

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have at least 2-5 years of experience working in capital markets domain, for example in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Life Insurance
• Experience on technology initiatives and projects
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on the E2E capital markets processes in different asset classes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Finnish and English
• Resident in Finland
