Job summary

Accenture Banking Technology Unit in Helsinki seeks Banking Data Consultants to join cross-border teams serving world-leading clients. You will help drive data-driven transformation with a focus on technology, system development, and delivery.

We value a Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical or business fields, 3+ years in banking data, and strong English and Finnish skills. Experience with AI-assisted tools, data models, and cloud solutions such as Databricks is a plus.

We are now looking for Banking Data Consultants of all levels. As a Banking Data Consultant, you will be part of teams or leading teams in our client engagements. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives. In this role, you will help our clients succeed in their transformation initiatives with a strong focus on technology, system development, and technical delivery. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical transformation is aligned with business goals and processes
• Banking data expert in client engagements
• Problem and issue solving, analysis and functional expertise

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have at least 3 years of experience working in banking doing data related job
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar GenAI solutions) to support analysis, documentation, requirements management, testing, or delivery activities.
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on the banking data models and sources. We expect a strong understanding of data from a business perspective, beyond seeing data as just technical attributes.
• We appreciate experience on the legacy data warehousing, data lake or modern cloud solutions. Databricks experience is seen as benefit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Finnish and English
• Resident in Finland
