Job summary

Accenture Nordics in Helsinki is seeking Banking Technology Consultants of all levels to join our Banking Technology Unit. You will be part of teams delivering technology-driven client transformations, focusing on system development and delivery to help clients succeed.

The role requires a Master/Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years’ Banking experience, and fluency in Finnish and English. GenAI tools experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as a minimum requirement.
• 2-5 years experience in Banking or development projects preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar GenAI solutions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland.

• Ensure technical transformation aligns with business goals and processes.
• Act as Banking functional and technical expert in client engagements.
• Contribute to analysis, documentation, requirements management, testing, or delivery activities.

We are now looking for Banking Technology Consultants of all levels As a Banking Technology Consultant, you will part of teams or leading teams in our client engagements. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives. In this role, you will help our clients succeed in their transformation initiatives with a strong focus on technology, system development, and technical delivery. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical transformation is aligned with business goals and processes
• Banking functional and technical expert in client engagements
• Problem and issue solving, analysis and functional expertise
• Evaluate the business process readiness according to testing results

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
• Ideally you would have 2-5 years of experience within Banking & development projects
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar GenAI solutions) to support analysis, documentation, requirements management, testing, or delivery activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Finnish and English
• Resident in Finland
