Maanmittauslaitos in Finland is seeking 3-4 survey engineers for permanent positions to start on 2 November 2026 or by agreement at our Vaasa or Kokkola offices.

As a Survey Engineer you will work on land surveying operations with a focus on subdivision and related title registry and lien matters, and contribute to the basic development of the land information system and other property-related duties.

Job description

The New Real Estate and Surveying unit of the National Land Survey of Finland is responsible for subsiding, private land conveyances, boundary surveys and other basic operations. In addition, the unit performs paid decisions by the land registry keeper, carries out basic improvements to the land information system, and handles title registry and lien matters. We are seeking 3-4 survey engineers for permanent positions to start on 2 November 2026 or by agreement at our Vaasa or Kokkola offices.

As a Survey Engineer you will work on various land surveying operations with a focus on subdivision and related title registry and lien matters. In addition to the primary surveying tasks, the role includes assignments related to the basic improvement of the land information system and other property-related duties.
