Job summary

Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy is looking for a C++ developer to join a client engagement in Tampere. The role focuses on delivering robust Windows-based applications and services.

The assignment runs for four months initially, with possible extension. You should have strong C++ experience (MFC a plus), debugging skills in Visual Studio, and familiarity with protocol gateways (OPC UA or TIFLink) and Git in a collaborative environment. On-site presence is required.

Job description

We're looking for an C++ developer for a client engagement in Tampere.

Profile were seeking:

Technical skills:

• Strong C++ experience (MFC a plus)
• Protocol gateway/integration development experience (OPC UA or TIFLink a plus)
• Strong debugging skills, including Visual Studio crash dump and memory analysis
• Windows application/service development experience
• Git proficiency (Atlassian tools a plus)
• Basic networking and redundancy concepts
• Experience working in virtualized environments
• Scrum workflow a plus

Personal qualities:

• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Strong troubleshooter
• Quick learner, willing to ramp up on maxDNA basics
• Collaborative and proactive in sharing knowledge

Work setup:

• Frequent on-site visits to Tampere offices required
• Start date expected to be 1.10.2026
• Duration 4 months initially with potential for extension
