Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential business customers and partners.
• Generate leads for catering services, corporate events, private functions, and other food-related services.
• Research new business opportunities and potential markets across Finland.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, organisations, and local businesses.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and partnership offers.
• Identify food festivals, cultural events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in Finland.
• Establish connections with event organisers, corporate event planners, hotels, tourism companies, and travel agencies.
• Explore opportunities for catering services, VIP events, private dining, and cultural food experiences.
• Develop collaborations with tourism operators to introduce authentic food experiences to visitors.
• Support the planning and promotion of food-related events and promotional activities.
• Build relationships with local communities, cultural organisations, influencers, and content creators.
• Support social media marketing, brand awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Develop creative ideas to increase customer engagement and strengthen our brands.
• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and community-based marketing.
• Help promote our products and services to customers across Finland.
• Research opportunities to combine food services with software and digital solutions.
• Identify digital tools that can improve marketing, customer engagement, sales, and business operations.
• Contribute ideas for new food-related products, services, and technology-driven business concepts.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and potential business partnerships.
• Maintain records of potential customers, leads, contacts, and partnerships.
• Monitor business development activities and follow up on sales opportunities.
