Job description

We are hiring building cleaners for a gig at Norlandia Isopakari, Helsinki. Norlandia Isopakari provides high-quality care and living services for the elderly in Malminkartano, with the innovative YHDESSÄ concept bringing residents, children and dogs under one roof. The daily work centers on basic cleaning, ensuring residents' safety, wellbeing and meaningful daily life. Work is done in teams with shared responsibility and strong communication. Residents are at the core; joint outdoor moments refresh both residents and staff. Our aim is to enable every person to have a meaningful, home-like everyday life and to support individuals in expressing their own way of living.

As a building cleaner you enable clean and pleasant spaces for residents and staff, take initiative to keep our facilities clean and hygienic, and assist with meals preparation and heating, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning. Laundry for residents and stock maintenance are also part of the role.
