Job summary

Attendo Männistön sydän in Kuopio is seeking a full-time cleaner to join our care community. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas, maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Attendo home in accordance with instructions and service descriptions, and performing maintenance cleaning with hand and machine methods.

The position is full-time and permanent, typically in weekday mornings; start date negotiable from 29 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in elderly housing facilities (minimum 1 year).
• Infection control vaccination status throughout employment.
• Hygiene passport or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Finnish language skills at least B1.1.
• Criminal record for a period longer than 3 months employment with vulnerable groups.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas to maintain overall cleanliness.
• Verify cleanliness of tabletops and surfaces; remove debris from furniture and floors.
• Empty waste bins and manage stock circulation; place supply orders.
• Participate in self-monitoring and recording of nonconformities.
• Start date negotiable from 29 September 2026; typical morning shifts.

• removing intrusive debris from furniture and floor surfaces

The terms and pay follow the private social services collective agreement;

the salary range is 2,151.34–2,365.84 EUR per month.
