Job summary

ISS Palvelut Oy is seeking two technicians to service customer sites in Lohja, performing maintenance on LVISA systems including HVAC, cooling, fire and automation, monitoring, preventive actions, tests, minor repairs, and logbook upkeep.

Role involves pool-area technologies, broader technical work, and outdoor area upkeep. Travel between Lohja sites is by company car; hours are weekdays 7:00–15:00.

• Experience in technical building maintenance: at least 5 years for the simpler area and at least 10 years for the more technically demanding area.

Job description

Two technicians are needed to service our customer sites in Lohja. This role covers maintenance and service work on building LVISA systems, including upkeep of HVAC, cooling, fire and automation systems, monitoring, scheduled preventive actions, tests, minor repairs, and maintenance of logbooks. The second area involves technically demanding tasks including pool-area technologies, requiring broad technical competence and strong field experience. In addition to indoor systems, outdoor area upkeep is part of the duties. You will work closely with client representatives and various stakeholders. Our customer sites are in Lohja and nearby municipalities, and travel between sites is by company car. Working hours are generally weekdays 7:00–15:00. This is a full-time (37.5 h/week), permanent position. Start date: as agreed, as soon as possible. The position pays at least the wage group 7 level under the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement (15.50 €/h), with possible overtime allowances based on actual hours, and potential education allowance based on completed qualifications. • Experience in technical building maintenance: at least 5 years for the simpler area and at least 10 years for the more technically demanding area.
• Professional qualification in building maintenance (kiinteistönhoitajan ammattitutkinto).
• B-class driving license for manual transmission vehicles.
• Possession of safety, hot work, and water safety certificates (well-water for pools) or willingness to obtain them.
• Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written).
• Proactive and independent work style with organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Clear criminal background; security clearance under Act 726/2014 must be passed.
