Job summary

SantaPark Arctic World is seeking a Buffet / LunchChef for the main season (10/2026-1/2027) to join the Kitchen Team. You will prepare and present buffet dishes, maintain high standards, and support quick service during busy periods.

The role requires cooking experience, hygiene certification, English fluency, and the ability to work independently and in a group. Accommodation support and flexible hours are provided.

Are you our new Buffet / LunchChef? (Main season 10/2026-1/2027)

SantaPark - The Home Cavern of Santa Claus is an indoor Christmas-themed park filled with activities, attractions, and experiences. One of the main attractions is Kota Café, where customers can enjoy adelicious buffet lunch. Thisensures that visitors can spend the whole day in the park with a full belly!

SantaPark Kitchen Team

is the one that keeps the buffet station in order. While working as a Buffet Chef, you can bring your skills, interests, and experiences to life and let your Inner Kitchen Elf shine!

Duties include:

• Preparation and cooking
• Quality control
• Maintaining buffet stations
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Following safety procedures and regulations and rules

General requirements:

• Culinary skills
• Previous experience from restaurant work(minimum of 3 year)
• Hygiene pass
• Suitable educational background
• Fluent English language
• Ability to legally work in Finland
• Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
• Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards
• Good communication skills

SantaPark - Joulupukin kotiluola on sisätiloissa sijaitseva jouluteemainen puisto, joka on täynnä aktiviteetteja, nähtävyyksiä ja kokemuksia. Tärkeimpiä vetonaulojamme ovat Kota Café, jossa asiakkaat voivat nauttia herkullisesta buffetlounaasta sekä ihastuttava Piparila, jossa tuoksuu ja tuntuu joululta Piparimuorin paistellessa maistuvia jouluisia herkkujamme piparkakkuja. Varmistamme, että vierailijat voivat viettää koko päivän puistossa täydellä vatsalla!

• Ruoanlaitto
• Valmistelu, tarjoilu, annostelu
• Jokaisen annoksen korkeiden standardien täyttämisen ja jatkuvan parantamisen varmistaminen
• Buffet-pisteiden ylläpito
• Turvallisuusmenettelyjen jamääräysten ja sääntöjennoudattaminen
• Keittiön siisteyden ylläpitäminen

Yleiset vaatimukset

• Keittiötaidot ja -osaaminen
• Aiempi kokemus ravintolatyöstä (vähintään 3 vuotta)
• Hygieniapassi
• Keittiöalan koulutus
• Sujuva englannin kielen taito
• Kyky suorittaa työtehtäviä itsenäisesti sekä työskennellä tiimissä
• Kyky ottaa vastuuta ja ylläpitää odotettua laatutasoa
• Hyvät kommunikointitaidot
• Mahdollisuus työskennellä laillisesti Suomessa
