Job summary

Arctic Hotel Collection seeks Kerroshoitaja–aamiaistarjoilijoita for the winter season 2026–2027. The fixed-term role supports daily hotel operations at Arctic Light Hotel and Arctic City Hotel, starting in November 2026 and ending around March 2027.

Responsibilities include maintaining the breakfast buffet appearance, dishwashing, and restocking with the kitchen team; ensuring the breakfast area stays clean, welcoming, and functional throughout service.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in breakfast service preferred.
• Autonomous and proactive work approach.
• Good stress tolerance and physical fitness.
• Finnish or English language skills.

Job description

We are seeking Kerroshoitaja–aamiaistarjoilijoita for Arctic Hotel Collection for the winter season 2026–2027. The role is a key part of the hotel’s daily operations, contributing to guests’ enjoyment and experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining the breakfast buffet appearance, dishwashing, clearing and restocking with the kitchen team, ensuring the breakfast area stays clean, functional, and welcoming throughout service. Previous hotel cleaning or breakfast service experience is advantageous, but eagerness to learn and produce high-quality work as part of a team is most important.

The fixed-term employment starts in November (2026) and runs to approximately March 2027. Employment terms follow the Travel, Food & Leisure Services collective agreement. The job is based in two Arctic Hotel Collection locations: Arctic Light Hotel and Arctic City Hotel.
