Job summary

• Prior experience in breakfast or kitchen work (hospitality or hotel experience is a plus).
• Hygiene passport.
• Strong customer service skills and a calm, friendly approach during busy mornings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility with hours with shifts mainly in the morning according to season.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Driving license and own car are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting breakfast during hotel breakfast service.
• Replenishing the buffet.
• Finalising portions and presenting plates aesthetically.
• Customer service and wellbeing during morning meals.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areas and equipment maintenance.
• Adhering to food safety and hygienic regulations and self-check duties.
• Handling small ordering and storage tasks as needed.
