Hiab is seeking a Business Analyst to act as a data-driven partner within Hiab Services, collaborating with sales and central functions. You will own data pipelines from BigQuery to reporting layers and develop analytics for service execution and product lifecycle, translating outputs into actionable insights.

The role involves building dashboards in CRM Analytics and Qlik Sense, supporting business cases and strategic projects across geographies, with English fluency and strong communication

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of analytics, BI, or consulting experience.
• Hands-on SQL and BI experience required.
• Proficiency with BigQuery, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Excel.
• Strong ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Excellent communication of complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own data pipelines from BigQuery sources through models to the reporting layer.
• Define data domains such as service execution and product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports in CRM Analytics and Qlik Sense.
• Support business case development and strategic projects.
• Conduct training sessions to empower frontline and central teams.
• Improve data processes, workflows, and overall team data maturity.
