Job summary

Nordea is seeking an E2E Execution Leader / Delivery Lead for the Batch Payments area. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end project delivery from planning through closure, with strong technology delivery accountability and collaboration with architecture teams and business stakeholders.

You will manage timelines, resources and risks, resolve complex technical issues, and drive predictable execution while coordinating with third-party vendors in a dynamic, SAFe-based environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, structured and delivery oriented.
• Solid technology background with ability to discuss system architecture and APIs.
• Experience leading high-demand technology projects in Batch Payments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution from planning to closure with a focus on technology delivery.
• Plan and manage delivery activities: timelines, dependencies, resources and risks across complex technology landscapes.
• Resolve complex technical issues and bridge between technology teams, architects and business stakeholders.
• Align with stakeholders and deliver according to scope and priorities in a predictable, transparent manner.
• Monitor delivery progress and risks, escalate issues to ensure predictable execution.
• Champion change and embed new ways of working in a complex tech environment.
• Coordinate 3rd party technology vendors to ensure accountability and delivery.
