Job summary

MVision AI in Helsinki is seeking a Backend Developer to own cloud services end-to-end and scale our AI-driven radiotherapy platform for global demand.

You will design and operate backend systems in .NET and Python, advance multi-tenant security, and collaborate with DevOps and Customer Success to ensure robust deployments in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of .NET and backend development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services in .NET and Python.
• Own services end-to-end, including architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Build federated SSO to integrate hospitals with identity providers like Azure AD.
• Develop scalable multi-tenant authorization and automated customer onboarding.
• Design and evolve multi-tenant database schemas with strict isolation.
• Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and patient data protection.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and Customer Success on environment issues.
