Job summary

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER'S WORK AT JYSK

• You are responsible for the store's sales leadership, B2B sales, and continuously train the team on various JYSK concepts.
• Goals guide your work: we all have a clear direction and a desire to exceed expectations.
• You work closely as a partner to the store manager and also receive leadership responsibilities and tasks.
• You serve as a good example for the whole team, prioritize and delegate weekly tasks among the team, support shift planning, take care of campaign changes, team communication, monitor key figures and take necessary actions, and ensure the store is always commercial and ready for customers.
• Weekly tasks also include active feedback to the team helping them succeed in their work.
• The work requires good basic fitness, but you will have the best tools and team support.
• Versatility – store, warehouse, campaigns... boredom is not in our vocabulary.
