CapMan, a leading Nordic private assets manager, is seeking an Assistant Controller to support investor reporting, monthly and quarterly closes, and daily finance tasks within a 15-person finance team. You will review accounting data from external providers and help prepare materials for investments and audits. The role offers learning from senior Controllers and exposure to assets and group structures. Finnish and English are essential, with a continuous selection process including tests.

Qualifications

• Applicable studies in finance, either completed or in their final stages.
• Concrete experience in bookkeeping, auditing, or assistant controller duties.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting; ability to challenge discrepancies.
• Logical mindset, proactivity and ability to work with routine tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with investor reporting as well as monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Data collection, financial analysis, and preparing materials related to investments.
• Reviewing, correcting, and processing accounting and reporting data provided by external service providers.
• Assisting with financial statements and audit processes, and compiling regulatory materials.
• Supporting the team with daily administrative and routine financial management tasks.
