CapMan Real Estate in Finland seeks an Assistant Controller to support investor reporting, monthly and quarterly closes, and routine financial management. You will work within a fifteen-person finance team, learning from experienced Controllers and Group Controllers while handling both asset- and group-level accounting tasks.

• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Background in accounting or financial management.
• Experience in bookkeeping, auditing, or assistant controller duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist with investor reporting, monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Collect data, perform financial analysis, prepare materials related to investments.
• Review and process accounting data from external providers.
• Support financial statements and audit processes, compile regulatory materials.
• Assist with daily administrative and routine financial management tasks.
