Job summary

Outokumpu Stainless Oy is seeking an Architect, Cloud Security to define and govern cloud security architecture across IT, digital and industrial technology environments. You will embed security into solution design, perform risk assessments and set identity and access requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in information security and hands-on cloud experience. You will work in a hybrid setup with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, Cyber Security, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in information security, infrastructure, enterprise architecture or cloud technologies.
• 2+ years hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure security architecture, Microsoft 365 security, cloud networking and IAM.
• Experience in industrial environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain cloud security target architecture, standards and reference patterns.
• Embed security requirements into solution design and deployment processes.
• Perform security architecture risk assessments for cloud initiatives.
• Set requirements for identity, authentication, authorization and privileged access management.
• Maintain cloud security standards, design patterns and guardrails.

Are you passionate about building secure cloud environments and shaping security architecture at enterprise scale? Join Outokumpu as Architect, Cloud Security and help protect our IT, digital and industrial technology environments. In this role, you will define, govern and develop Outokumpus cloud security architecture, ensuring that cloud platforms, services and workloads align with our cyber security strategy, risk management principles, regulatory requirements and architecture standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and maintain cloud security target architecture, principles, standards and reference patterns
• Embed security requirements into solution architecture, development and deployment processes
• Perform security architecture risk assessments for cloud initiatives
• Set requirements for identity, authentication, authorization and privileged access management in cloud environments
• Maintain cloud security standards, design patterns and technical guardrails
• Act as a subject matter expert for cloud security across Outokumpu
• Follow industry trends, threat developments and cloud security best practices

What we are looking for

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security, infrastructure, enterprise architecture or cloud technologies
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments
• Good understanding of Azure security architecture, Microsoft 365 security capabilities, cloud networking and controls, IAM, Entra ID, Zero Trust, cloud-native security services and DevSecOps
• Experience in industrial environments is an advantage
