Job summary

Kelluu is building a new airship factory in Joensuu and needs a logistics leader to own deployments from plan to close-out. You will coordinate transport, hydrogen supply, and kit delivery, while shaping standards and automation to reduce delays and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics engineering or a related field.
• Experience planning and executing transport.
• The habit of digging out the information you need and asking for it firmly.
• A plan B when information isn't there and deployment keeps moving.
• Ability to work with engineers, pilots, ops, production, customs and suppliers.
• Curiosity about automation and AI in logistics.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the logistics of each deployment end-to-end.
• Transport for containers and airships—carrier, route and timing, with cost records.
• Hydrogen supply—ordering, tracking rented cylinders on site, returns.
• The tools and spare parts that go with the crew, delivered where needed.
• A logistics cost estimate before we decide to go.
• Between deployments: maintain standard deployment kit and stock levels.
• Write packing standards for containers and securing an airship for transport.
• Track rentals, stock and shipment costs using data.
