Job summary

Siili Solutions is seeking an AI Principal to translate our AI strategy into growth and customer impact. You will shape Siili's AI offering, strengthen our market position, and build trusted relationships with clients.

You will work with customers, account teams and AI experts to identify opportunities, translate business needs into roadmaps and solution concepts, and deliver AI deployments at scale using cloud-native architectures and MLOps.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions into production.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native AI architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps.
• Expertise in delivering LLM-based and agentic systems.
• Ability to connect AI capabilities with business needs and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Experience in consultative or technical sales, presales, opportunity shaping, and proposal development.
• Experience shaping customer needs into compelling AI concepts.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape new opportunities with customers and AI experts.
• Translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and solution concepts.
• Turn customer needs into compelling solutions with account teams and insights for AI offering
• Act as trusted advisor ensuring technical credibility and business value, while staying close to delivery.
• Contribute to Siili's AI community and public thought leadership.
