Job summary

Jetico, a Finnish cybersecurity pioneer, is seeking a Software Developer - AI Champion to anchor its AI-enabled R&D in Espoo. You will champion AI-assisted development, embed security-by-design, and shape a unified cross-product architecture across multiple teams.

The role involves collaborating with distributed European teams and maintaining a hybrid presence in Otaniemi, Espoo, while driving secure, AI-powered engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Mid- to senior-level software developer with solid fundamentals.
• Hands-on with frontier AI models (OpenAI or Anthropic).
• Experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows (Codex, Claude Code).
• Interest in cybersecurity/security software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of secure, on-prem AI tools and automated practices across the development team.
• Own architecture and releases across interconnected products, gradually taking ownership.
• Collaborate with Lead Developers to resolve issues, explore codebases, and unblock challenges.
