Job summary

Digitalist Group Plc is seeking a senior service designer to join DEX in Helsinki. The role focuses on shaping services with clients, mapping current processes, and designing future workflows that leverage AI.

Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with Swedish a strong plus, and Helsinki-based presence with remote work options. You will lead interviews, workshops, and co-creation, ensuring designs meet client needs while integrating AI tools effectively.

Qualifications

• Several years of service design work with clients, from research to delivery.
• Process mapping alongside customer journeys and service blueprints.
• AI as a daily working tool, with examples of time saved and how output was checked.
• Confidence facilitating rooms with specialists and managers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run interviews, workshops and co-creation with client teams.
• Map how a service or process runs today and design how it should run, including AI integration.
• Use AI for synthesis, mapping and drafting to free time for the client’s people.
• Design workflows around new AI tools and test them with users.
