Job summary

Basware seeks a Senior Product Manager to own our AI-native document capture solution, defining the product vision, strategy, and the training pipeline that improves extraction accuracy over time.

You will partner with engineering, UX, sales, and customer success across the lifecycle to shape the roadmap, drive adoption, and measure impact. The role requires authorization to work in Europe and is open to candidates across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years shaping AI/ML-powered products or features.
• Strong background in ILM or financial technology.
• Deep understanding of AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native document capture.
• Manage end-to-end AI process: extraction models, feedback loop and training pipeline.
• Define accuracy measurement strategy and ensure system-level explainability and auditability.
• Apply Governed Autonomy framework to AI decisions in the product.
