Job summary

Stora Enso seeks a Digital Mill Operations Lead to shape the future of AI-enabled mills. You will drive a multi-year roadmap, align with mill priorities, and lead a cross-functional team to scale AI across production sites.

You will collaborate with IT/OT, automation and mill leadership to embed digital solutions into daily operations and deliver measurable value. You will guide adoption of industrial AI, generative and edge technologies while building capabilities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading digitalisation programs in manufacturing.
• Experience taking AI/analytics from pilot to scaled, measurable value.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, analytics and industrial data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital mill vision and translate priorities into a multi-year AI/analytics roadmap.
• Lead and scale high-impact AI use cases across production sites.
• Build secure, scalable industrial data foundations with IT/OT teams.
