Danfoss Tampere is seeking a Change Agent & Excellence Specialist to transform Product Management and Vertical teams in HVAC-R and AQUA Drives. You will replace manual, fragmented work with data-driven, AI-enabled processes that boost productivity and decision-making.

You will design scalable processes, governance, and decision frameworks, and build dashboards using Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365. AI and automation with Copilot, Power Platform, and n8n will drive adoption and impact

Qualifications

Academic degree in finance, data analytics, process management, or related field.
Experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled tools and automation solutions beyond theory.
Solid skills in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, Excel, Salesforce).
Structured, proactive communicator who engages stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Drive impactful change by improving workflows and implementing practical solutions that increase productivity across Product Management and Vertical teams.
Turn strategy into action by designing scalable processes, governance models, and decision frameworks that deliver measurable business results.
Enable better decisions by improving data access and building dashboards and insights using tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
Implement AI and automation using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or n8n to reduce manual work and create reusable solutions.
Engage and influence stakeholders by challenging current ways of working, driving adoption, and ensuring new solutions are embraced and sustained.
