Job summary

If Insurance is scaling Agentic AI across its Nordic footprint, joining as a software engineer means building and operating AI agents, orchestration, and AI-enabled workflows. You will integrate with Azure OpenAI, n8n, and enterprise systems, delivering secure, observable, production-grade solutions.

You will collaborate with global teams across Espoo, Turku and other Nordic hubs, contribute to platform governance, and advance automation that blends RPA with generative AI.

Qualifications

• Experience designing production workflows with n8n.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI.
• LLM orchestration including agents and function calling.
• Familiarity with evaluation and observability tools for LLM systems.
• Experience with Azure AI / MS Foundry.
• Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Azure services: Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid, API Management.
• Networking and identity using Entra ID.
• C#, TypeScript/React or Python.
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps and IaC (Terraform/Bicep).
• LLM-enabled development tools like GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents capable of reasoning and planning.
• Build end-to-end AI-enabled workflows using n8n.
• Develop reusable capabilities for the AIKA Agent platform.
• Connect AI agents with enterprise apps and data sources.
• Integrate deterministic automation with generative AI and human decisions.
• Implement robust evaluation, tracing and safety controls.
• Apply secure engineering practices to credentials and data access.
• Collaborate with business teams to take use cases to production.
• Contribute to shared standards and platform governance.
