Job summary

OSTP is seeking an AI Agent Developer & Enablement Specialist to lead the adoption of AI across the organization, building agents, supporting users, and ensuring secure, responsible AI practices.

You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to identify opportunities, create reusable templates, workflows, prompts, and development patterns, and maintain OSTP’s governance framework while training users and champions.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, automation, or IT solutions.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, or AI agents is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of integrations and data-driven solutions is advantageous.

In this key role, you will combine technology, innovation, and business development by building AI agents, supporting users, and ensuring that AI is adopted in a secure, responsible, and scalable way across the organization. This is a group-level role that works across all business units and functions, requiring close collaboration and engagement throughout the organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Agent Developer & Enablement Specialist, you will play a central role in OSTP’s digital transformation. You will work closely with business functions to identify opportunities where AI can simplify workflows, save time, and create business value. At the same time, you will help ensure that AI solutions are developed and used according to clear standards for security, data protection, and governance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, testing, and deploying AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases together with business stakeholders.
• Creating reusable templates, workflows, prompts, and development patterns.
• Developing and maintaining OSTP’s practical AI governance framework.
• Ensuring AI solutions comply with information security, data protection, and responsible AI requirements.
• Training, coaching, and supporting users, AI champions, and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborating with IT, HR, business teams, and external partners to scale AI adoption in a controlled and sustainable manner.

Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage:

• EU AI Act and related regulatory frameworks
