Job summary
OSTP is seeking an AI Agent Developer & Enablement Specialist to lead the adoption of AI across the organization, building agents, supporting users, and ensuring secure, responsible AI practices.
You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to identify opportunities, create reusable templates, workflows, prompts, and development patterns, and maintain OSTP’s governance framework while training users and champions.
Qualifications
- Experience in software development, automation, or IT solutions.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, or AI agents is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of integrations and data-driven solutions is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Developing, testing, and deploying AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
- Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases with business stakeholders.
- Creating reusable templates, workflows, prompts, and development patterns.
- Developing and maintaining OSTP’s practical AI governance framework.
- Ensuring AI solutions comply with information security and data protection requirements.
- Training, coaching, and supporting users and AI champions across the organization.
- Collaborating with IT, HR, and business teams to scale AI adoption.
