Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in B2C/B2B sales and vendor negotiations, fluent Finnish and English (Swedish a plus), and a degree in economics. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Helsinki.

We're looking for an Account & Vendor Manager, Employee Benefit Program ready to jump in, take ownership of vendor relationships, and grow alongside a high-performing team with a strong proven track record. In this role you will drive the growth of CaPS's Employee Benefit Program as a business unit. Your responsibilities include negotiating new vendor contracts, agreeing campaigns with existing vendors, selling the Employee Benefit Program to new customers, and leading independently different kinds of development projects related to the business unit.
