Job summary

Nokia in Finland is seeking a Technical Expert to provide technical support and resolve live 5G network issues. The role requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc., fluent English, and a strong technical foundation with 4–5 years in networking, embracing AI tools and 24/7 incident handling across cross-functional teams.

You will work on New Product Introduction, develop AI tools, support workshops, and contribute to ongoing network optimization in a hybrid work environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (M.Sc./B.Sc.).
• Strong background in Core Network SDM products.
• Experience with 4G/5G call flows and IP networking.
• Familiarity with cloud infra (OpenStack/VMware) and Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills: Shell, Python, Perl; AI tool usage.
• Fluent English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Core Network SDM products.
• Resolve live 5G network issues and incidents 24/7.
• Support New Product Introduction projects and AI tool usage.
• Handle and resolve customer tickets with cross-functional teams.
• Organize technical workshops and trials for counterparts.
