About The Role :

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to join our Content Team. You’ll be part of a collaborative Social Media Squad, working alongside copywriters, designers, video editors, and our Social Media Lead to bring our brand to life across social platforms.

You’ll play a key role in planning, creating, and publishing high-performance content that not only engages our audience—but also drives meaningful business growth. If you know how to turn scrolls into clicks and content into results, this could be the role for you.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail :

Support the execution of our social media content strategy.

Keep the content calendar up to date and ensure consistent, timely publishing.

Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and more.

Use tools like Metricool or Agorapulse to schedule and manage content.

Enhance engagement through DM automation with ManyChat, and boost output efficiency using AI tools like ChatGPT.

Write sharp, on-brand copy for posts, carousels, and short-form videos.

Create quick visuals and video edits as needed (with support from the creative team).

Engage with our audience—responding to comments and building community connections.

Collaborate across teams to support larger campaigns and initiatives.

Use Jira to stay organized and manage tasks effectively.

Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content.

Help identify and boost high-performing content through paid social.

Your Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

Strong copywriting skills for various social platforms.

Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.).

Familiarity with paid social strategies and content boosting.

Solid understanding of platform algorithms, engagement metrics, and content performance analysis.

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

What We Offer :

Monthly salary of EUR 2000 - 2400 Gross , depending on work experience, education, and skills
