Qualifications

  • 1 year in an analytics environment and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.

  • Compelling communication and outstanding stakeholder management skills.

  • Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques.

The role sits within the Analytics Experience domain, Vistas strategic analytics center of excellence. We are the engine that fuels our growth, transforming raw data into strategic insights and replacing guesswork with data‑driven certainty. You will join the Commercial Analytics team, a group directly embedded in Vistas Regional organization to drive strategic opportunities forward and optimize the customer experience. As an analyst on this team you will partner with the EU CRM team focused on building a more personalized customer experience, driving loyalty and lifetime value.

What You Will Do
  • Be a key data enabler for the CRM team; you will tackle ad‑hoc data requests, build audiences for marketing campaigns and develop tools or reports that get your partners closer to the customer data they need.

  • Translate complex data and test results into clear actionable insights for the team. You will communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical partners to ensure findings are understood and lead to data‑driven decisions.

  • Drive our testing and experimentation roadmap; you will help define and design the most impactful A/B/n tests, support execution, analyze results and provide insightful recommendations to optimize the customer experience and CRM strategies.

  • Be immersed in diverse teams where you will collaborate on analyses and continually bring forward ideas and insights to drive value for our customers.

  • Be a great teammate who can coordinate across domains and time zones to see a project through from ideation and analysis to documentation and presentation.

  • Be a student learning new techniques when required; you learn new skills to get the best possible recommendations. We’ve got you covered with in‑house experts and training.

  • Be an owner solving problems that might appear out of scope; you must raise your voice if something seems broken and proactively offer solutions.

Your Qualifications
  • 1 year in an analytics environment and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.

  • Experience in eCommerce, particularly with cross‑functional Marketing teams.

  • Compelling communication and outstanding stakeholder management skills able to articulate points clearly based on the audience and maintain relationships with key business partners effectively, ensuring alignment and support for strategic initiatives.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills (ability to translate a business ask into a very concrete question and then break it down into important analysis).

  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake).

  • Experience with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Statsig or similar).

  • Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding crucial patterns and trends in the data.

Nice to Have
  • Web‑analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics) and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

  • Experience deriving insights and recommendations from marketing data where controlled experimentation is impossible.
