About the Role

As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with new clients, helping them set up their first online advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Consult & Build Campaigns: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC advertising campaigns, creating strategies that align with clients business goals.
  • Understand Needs: Detect and align with customers individual objectives to optimize their marketing investments.
  • Drive Success: Be accountable for increasing campaign spend, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining sustainability.
  • Engage Daily: Manage a high volume of new clients daily through phone calls, fostering impactful conversations to win their trust.
What You Bring
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent (bonus if you hold an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications).
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to measure success and guide decisions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging phone pitches and compelling proposals.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
