We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Publisher Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for searching and onboarding new traffic sources, maintaining strong relationships with our publishers, ensuring timely month payment checks, and assisting with any necessary meetings involving publishers.

• Search and Onboard New Qualified Traffic Sources : Identify and recruit potential new publishers to expand our network and enhance our traffic sources.
• Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing publishers, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
• Payment Verification : Oversee and verify monthly payments to publishers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Meeting Coordination : Assist in organizing and conducting meetings with publishers to discuss performance, provide feedback, and strategize on future campaigns.

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in performance marketing and publisher management.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising and user acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
