We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to the highest ethical standards for the following position:

• Biologic Operator II

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Science, Mechanics, Electricity, Instrumentation, or a related field. No previous experience required. Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques.
• Basic knowledge of computerized systems such as Delta V, MES, and SAP preferred.
• Basic mechanical and mathematical skills.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

This is a third-shift position; training will be provided for 1-2 months on the first shift.

Candidate must be available to work any shift based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and instruments, such as tanks, autoclaves, filtration systems, washers, and perform filter integrity testing, pH adjustments, among others.
• Conduct equipment setup operations (CIP, PT, SIP) following established procedures.
• Manufacture bulk biologics in Media & Buffer Formulation (Central Services), Inoculum or Fermentation (Upstream), and Capture or Purification (Downstream) areas, adhering to approved procedures.
• Perform equipment and facility inspections and report any issues affecting operations or environment.
• Monitor critical parameters and escalate deviations that could impact operations.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting equipment and process events.
• Receive, inspect, and verify the availability of materials for production.
• Document, audit, and correct manufacturing batch records promptly.
• Record process and equipment status in electronic or manual records.
• Collect and process samples as required.
• Adhere strictly to cGMPs, SOPs, and complete documentation accurately.
• Assist operations with environmental, occupational health, and safety (EHS) procedures, promoting continuous improvement.
• Follow all EHS policies, including incident reporting, PPE use, waste management, and disposal.
