Position: Customer Expert

Work model: Remote in Greece

Location: Greece

Employment type: Full-time

What you will do:
  1. Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
  2. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  4. Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  5. Assist customers to manage/secure their accounts & passwords
  6. Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  7. Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
  8. Maintain high customer satisfaction
What you will bring:
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience (advantage)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
