**Production Manager**
**Job Brief**
We are looking for a motivated Production Manager, to join our Production Team. If you are open minded,



willing to work with a multicultural environment and different clients all year long, this can be your place.
We are looking for a Spanish native speaker with a very good level of English, capable to understand creative proposals and transform them into reality based on budget and venue limitations.
A proactive and self-motivated person capable to create/ understand technical sheets, acad floor plans or technical floor plans, able to prepare technical projects and be updated on risk assessments laws and regulations. Knowledge in events industry it’s a must.
Be strong in project management and budget cost control you will have to deal with final client and support your colleagues in large scale projects.
The goal is to provide added value to our events, through unconventional solutions, thus creating unique experiences for our clients.
**Responsibilities**
- As production manager you will be full responsible for the production duties of each event
- Balance priorities. Handling various tasks/ projects at the same time.




- Interpret creative proposals or briefs and develop and execute the ideas.
- Collaborate with a team of PM´s, art directors and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product.
- Create strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Be organized and proactive.
- Understand project requirements and be capable to set priorities.

**Experience You Already Have**
- **Spanish native speaker**:

- **Fluent English speaker and writer**:

- 5+ years of proven work experience as a events producer in large scale events.
- Knowledge of acad drawings
- Great knowledge on events industry and AV suppliers are a must
- Collaborative spirit




- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
